AI follow-up calls, reminders and campaigns

Right call, right time, right to say no.

Leads go cold and reminders get missed when nobody has time to make the calls. This assistant places outgoing calls to people who agreed to hear from you: lead follow-ups, appointment and service reminders, renewal reminders, feedback requests and approved campaigns. Every response, callback request and opt-out is recorded for your team.

Calls it makes

Calls that suit a short conversation

  • Lead follow-ups

Calling people who enquired but did not book, while the enquiry is still recent.

  • Appointment and visit reminders

A reminder that lets the person confirm, ask a question or ask to reschedule.

  • Service and renewal reminders

Due services, expiring plans and renewals, with the next step offered.

  • Feedback after a visit or purchase

A few short questions, with the answers recorded for your team.

  • Approved campaigns

Offers, events or new services for customers who agreed to marketing contact.

What each call records

Every call ends with a usable record

  1. Outcome

Answered, declined, asked to be called later, or unreachable.

  2. Response

The answer to the call’s question: interested, not now, wants details, confirmed, wants to reschedule.

  3. Callback request

A request for a person to call back, with the details the person gave.

  4. Opt-out

Recorded separately, so the person is not called again.

An example reminder campaign

Example responses, and the report you receive

An illustration: service reminders for a car service centre, called with the owners’ permission. Each reply is recorded as an outcome your team can act on.

  • “Yes, Saturday is fine.” Recorded as confirmed, with the slot.
  • “Can we make it next week?” Recorded as wants to reschedule, with the preferred day.
  • “How much will the service cost?” Answered from your approved price list, or recorded as a callback request.
  • “Please don’t call me again.” Recorded as an opt-out and excluded from future calls.

After each batch you receive the list of people called, with each person’s outcome, response, callback requests and opt-outs, in the sheet, CRM or report format agreed with you.

Questions

About follow-up and campaign calls

No. Calls go only to contacts you hold with permission to call them.

Can interested people be put through to sales?

Yes, by live transfer where your phone set-up allows, or as a callback request with their answers.

Is there a fixed price per call?

No. Each programme is priced after discovery, based on its scope and volume.
